Refund & Return Policy 

We want you to love your SipSmart bottle. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work: 

Return window: You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. 

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. Bottles that have been used with hydrogen tablets/inserts or show signs of wear may not qualify for a full refund. 

How to start a return: Email [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions. 

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the cost. 

Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. 

Non-returnable items: Final sale/clearance items (if any) will be marked as such on the product page.
